We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. 

Please notify us within 2 days should you wish to return your order, in order to qualify for an exchange. 

We will only accept returns for exchanges should we find that the product has been faulty during manufacturing. 

We do not accept any returns for damaged goods once it has left our premises and has been handed to the courier. 

No Organic Food items will be eligible for return. Should your package arrive in an unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately. 

No items/orders will be eligible for return, unless we find that faulty was made during manufacturing processes. 

Beauty devices will only be exchanged should they be faulty from manufacturer. 

We endeavour to ensure all products are sent out in their best acceptable condition as well as working condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will only accept returns on faulty products from manufacturing process. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and to 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beautyboxsa.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for damaged goods once it has left our premises and has been handed to the courier. 

We endeavour to ensure all products are sent out in their best acceptable condition as well as working condition.


2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Exchanges

Should you not be comletely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange the item, you are requested to get in touch with us within 2 days to request an exchange.

We will then send you information on where to send the item and processes from there on.


4. Refunds

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds and we only offer credit on returns that have been approved by us.

We reserve the right to change our policy at any given time.


5. Nu Skin Returns and Refunds

Process for obtaining Exchange:

1. Contact us within 3 months of the purchase date and inform us of your decision to EXCHANGE the order.

2. Send the products to be exchanged to us no later than 14 days from the date on which you cancelled your order.

3. We will exchange the products as soon as it has received them (and within 14 days at the latest).

4. If the exchange is not feasible, we may provide:

    • – a credit to be used to purchase other products, or
    • – a full refund of the purchased price.
